Excusing two people out of the six who can converse with one another through words it was very joyful and entertaining. Let alone I cannot speak my own heritages language but learning what they were talking about was fascinating. You can see a girl in pink and a boy in red conversing in what I call my everyday language but for the others they were moving their hands in a motion that I could not comprehend. The most I understood was the letter one and two if that was even what they were talking about. As time goes by it seems like the party is still going on for them in this late night. I was trying to figure out why they were here so late but left alone as its none of my business.
Soon I hear in the distance the boy in red saying, “ I wish we could of came here sooner if everyone would of stopped staring at us as if we didn't know what they were doing.” I was confused as to why these people were in the group as they could talk regularly. Then I see the girl go up to one of them and started signing something but towards the end she goes up to the boy in red and says, “ my sister said we can go home they'll be fine.” The boy was hesitant but agreed and followed the girl to the entrance and left the four people all by themselves. You can tell it was difficult for them as one of the went to ask a question but the man at the desk could only tell him to write it down on a piece of paper so he could understand. It's heartbreaking to see as I'm watching and carefully making sure they cannot notice me staring.
The four of them start playing games like charades, hide and seek, and more as there was no one but me on the floor. I felt awkward but assignments don't do themselves or else I would not be here right now. They are having so much fun until a police officer ask them quietly to calm down. I don't see the point as no one is here but me and it made me feel bad but it is what it is. The four of them sit down and converse through sign language most likely talking about that police officers bald head. It makes your eyes open on how you think if a person with a disability will still do the things everyone else does.
The night is beginning to get later and I start packing my things to head home. These four people decide to call it quits to I believe as they all leave together leaving nothing but pure joy and happiness in this building. And I am the one leaving with stress and anxiety for this major grade. It goes to show you that no matter what every human being acts the same way to an extent of making fun of those who kill their fun.
