It was sunday morning bored with nothing to do since i got a day off from work. My friend invited me a few days before to assist with him to his church. I have never been to a church in my whole life i always thought they were boring and verry time comsuming, from what i heard from other people experiences also im not really a religious person.I decided to attend i called my friend to let him know i was going and if he could wait for me at the front door since i had no idea how the sitting worked.
Before walking in i was picturing the church all quiet everyone sitting silently. And how awkward it will be as soon as i walked in making noise every step i made , But i was all wrong as soon as i walked in i heard piano music playing, not those kind of church piano music you hear in the movies all scary and weird. The music tone was relaxing and it brought a happy sensation. I also saw everyone socialising with each other. As i mde my way to sit with my friend some people said hi to me and told me how happy they were to see someone new and that they hope i enjoy the program. I felt really welcomed.
The church lasted 1 hour and honestly i learned things about god. But i was realy boring, at the end they all stood up sang and they prayed after singing. As i walked out a person asked me what i thought of it. Honestly i told him how happy i was for attending to it. He offer me bible study so i could learn more about god he gave me a card. I left the place happy because atleast i attended a church in my life, but im never going back to one again.
