Trust cannot be played with

It is twelve fifteen, a group walks into the library ready to study. A man in a green shirt, a girl in a pink shirt, and a girl in a purple shirt choose a corner spot and put down the box of pizza from little ceasers showing that they are ready for a long night. I sit patiently doing my last minute homework so that I can began studying for a test the next day. They are quiet at first taking out their labtops and plugging in there chargers for their phones. They began conversing as guy in green shirt says, "We should really start working on this project!" Then girl in purple shirt replies, " now you want to do something?" A very sarcastic remark leaving the one guy that is there speechless. They all remain silent on their phones and labtop acknowledging nothing in there sight.  

The girl in the pink shirt breaks the silence, " what parts would you guys like to do? I can do the introduction and part of the body while either one of you can do the body or the conclusion." The man in green shirt and girl in purple shirt look at eachother and remain quiet. Then man in green shirt answers after a long five minute wait, " I can do a part of the body and the conclusion if you guys want?" Once he finished the girl in purple shirt answered and said," I wanted to do that!" The man in green shirt states," Fine, so I will do just a part of the body and references if we need them." The girl in a purple shirt looks dissatisfied and rolled her eyes showing her lack of trust in this man.  

I still sit here patiently now studying for my exam, hearing laptop keys being pressed on and a silence of discomfort coming from that corner. Then again silence breaks, the girl in a purple shirt starts by saying," I finished my part and emailed it to you (girl in pink shirt) so now I'm going to go back home." The girl in a purple shirt leaves the library leaving nothing but hate towards the man. The man in a green shirt apologizes to the girl in a pink shirt, " I'm sorry for that, she had asked me out a while ago and I kept denying her telling here that I have a girlfriend and she kept insisting so I had to tell her that I never want to be with her." The girl in a pink shirt responds, " Thank you for telling me that baby. I knew you were the one for me. She's waiting outside for us. She's one of my friends from my high school and agreed to help. I hope you aren't mad at me." The man in green shirt gets up by saying," I'm a little mad but just know that I want to be with you so let's go and finish this project." They all leave and left a mess at their corner spot not caring about the commotion they made they to see if they could build trust. I then leave to head home and get rest for my test.
