Ethnography

October 26, 2015

Today was another normal Monday in Corbett center. Another short weekend has gone by and its time to start another week of classes and work. As the morning begins I see a few people buying their daily dose of caffine at the Einstein bros coffee shop. As I begin my observations I notice that there are many people who seem to be sluggish and unmotivated by the start of another long Monday.

As I look around Corbett I fix my eyes on a guy with with black hair wearing a blue shirt. He is on the computer and seems to be writing some type of paper. I assume that he is trying to rush to finish it before his class. I change my assumption when I see him pause while he is typing and then sets his head down on the table. He closes his eyes and seems to have fallen asleep. He stays like this for about five minutes before he wakes up and begins to continue writing his paper
