The man to my left is a very interesting spectacle, his hair is shaved all except for a small tuft of curl blond hair. He seems to be anxious about something and goes back and forth between sitting down and walking around. He also talks to himself quite frequently and points at whoever passes by him. He has a badge on him and by the looks of it, he may be a firefighter of some kind, or he just likes to accessorize because he also has a watch and several necklaces on.
The woman next to me seems to be waiting on someone, she is older with brown hair tied in a low bun. She has no electronic device and seems to be enjoying watching the people around her, however she does keep looking at the automatic glass doors in front of us, so it seems that she may be a little impatient. When I sneezed earlier she looked at me and said "salud" which leads me to believe that she speaks Spanish.
There is so much culture here, I have seen White people, Mexicans, African Americans, Asians, Native Americans, Italians, and many others. It is exciting to see so many people interact with each other.
What also came to me through observations is that military personnel either show up early in the morning or they come late at night. I have seen many men and women in the armed forces, most are in uniform and talk amongst each other, and others are in regular attire and still conversing. I overheard one of the men say "Sergeant I'm going out for a smoke, would you watch my bag?" They all seem very formal and wide awake no matter the hour.
The majority of people here all have the same things in common, to either catch a flight, connect to another flight, or exit the building. There are some big groups, small groups and there are those like me who have chosen to fly solo. I see my ride coming to get me and stand up to meet him, we grab my suitcase and are off.
