Owls of Cruces
Returning back to Owls of Cruces. This time I have entered the establishment around 7pm or during the Redskin game. Everyone working in this establishment were wearing their favorite NFL jersey. It's odd to see a lot of people sitting in around the bar on a Thursday night. Usually it's packed for a Cowboys game since, will we are by Texas and assuming everyone is a Cowboys fan of the NFL. It's packed and there's a waiting list to be seated. I sat at the first available seat at the bar. I sat by two older Hispanic gentlemen. They were talking to each other in Spanish and couldn't help but look and see they were showing pictures of their grand children s. They seemed happy, laughing, and enjoying each others company. There was only one bartender and by my view it was busy. She was very good at her job; got drink orders on time, always smiling and talking with people sitting around the bar. I could see at this point the bartender had her usual's.
