The Second day at the office

This week was different from the other week, in general everybody was in a better mood. However the team leader made this hard, as this person did not have the respect of the employees. I am curious as to why this week was different than last week, I believe one reason is the start of football season. This creates new conversation threads that were not present before. Most notably this affected the male workers the most, 90% of the conversation was football related and I believe this factor contributed to the moods of the workers. Even the customers were different, many more were friendly, the interactions mostly positive. I think that the start of football season gives people a way to get past the Monday drag, a way to take the coming week off there minds and give people a reason to hope for later on in the week. As in my other post these are generalizations based on my observation, not to be taken as fact, or meant to be negative to any of the involved parties.
