Biggie Smalls,Biggie Smalls,Biggie Smalls

Certain parts of the year can determine how much business a restaurant can receive. During spring break most people go on vacation. During the holiday season most businesses will receive attention from people. During Halloween people go out and buy candy, costumes, and decorations. When we have brunches that are themed after the holiday that is being celebrated.

Today i was bussing our brunch which happened to be a normal non-holiday brunch. A server I was bussing for was an older lady. Other bussers told me how much of a pain it was to buss for her. She was pleased with me at the end of the shift, and i could not relate to the other bussers. When we started off with the shift I tried to help her as much as I could. Today she would tell me about how much I need to be on holiday brunches. She said that they make so much money, although they get crazy. I did not ask her to elaborate. The bartender who I am related to told me the same thing about how she makes a lot of money on holiday brunches. The other busser I  worked for told me the same thing as the others I talked to. It appears the employees fear but look forward to holiday brunches.
