Good Vibes

It is a Friday afternoon at the gym, around 3:30. I find that the gym is pretty empty. It usually isn't too busy on Fridays, no matter what time you come. Today I notice a man around 30 or 40 years old. I notice this man because he has a derive dog with him and is smoking an e-cig. The man's dog is a large Golden Retriever. As I watch this man I notice that he is very calm when working out. He isn't trying to compete with anyone, nor is he trying to show off. He is just there for himself and to better himself. Most people can come off as boastful at the gym, especially when they have a body type like this man. But this man was not like that at all. In fact, he was very kind. I dropped my keys at one point and he didn't even give me a chance to get them because he already did. His voice was very calm and gentle. I notice that this man stays at the gym for awhile, because he isn't rushing thru his workouts. But he is getting thru them slowly. He was in there before me and was still there when I was leaving. As he was working out he was listening to music. After he stops his workouts he would pet his dog and make sure that it knew it was a good dog. This man seemed simple and that's exactly why he stood out to me. Even just from him picking my keeps up off the floor for me, I got extremely good vibes from him.
