I arrived Sunday, October 19th, 2014 at around 3:30 pm. It  was slightly drizzling outside and the clouds were blocking most of the sunlight. 

As soon as I walked into the shop, Pie was closing the snack bar, and he offered to take me with him to go get food. Outside food and drinks weren't allowed in the card shop, possibly because they sell their own food and drinks. However I seen a few people sneak a water bottle in the shop before. It wasn't only him that was going, his friend who I will call Trader, mainly because I always see him trading cards with people. He had short black hair, glasses, and is usually wearing blue jeans, and a plaid shirt.  He is also another regular at the shop. However I refused the offer mainly because,  I didn't want to eat Mexican food. 

They were a lot of people here today, this time the people who were playing the game with the little figures of heroes weren't here today. Instead, there was a small group of people that were playing a different card game that I haven't observed before. There was only three of them, and one of them I could tell was new to the game, because he kept asking questions and was reading the rule book. The card game was based off the TV show, Dragon-ball Z. I never knew they made a card game out of that show so I thought it was interesting. Of coarse the people who were playing magic was there, it seems like there is an event for magic every single day here.

I later learned that the reason why there was more players for magic here today than normal, is because they are playing to win this special promotional card that only the top 8 will get. So far I don't know who the top 8 are currently, but everyone seemed determined to win. 

It turned out, the person who took 1st place at this special tournament, was Pie, and he seemed very happy.
