Sunday Funday

I arrived at the shop around 3:30 pm on Sunday October, 12th, 2014. When I arrived at the card shop, Pie was outside of the shop sitting down smoking a cigarette. A mixture of smoke and green chili filled the air. The smoke coming from Pie's cigarette and the chili coming from a market not so far away that was roasting the chili. There was a tournament that started today at 2:00 pm.
When I entered in the shop, I noticed that there was a different kind of tournament being played as well today, a non-card game oriented game. This game used small statue like figures and they used large board with spaces for the little figures to move on. However there was a lot less people playing that game compared to the card game players. They were playing in the far back of the shop.
The card game players were all hovering over the around the large TV. The TV was streaming a live game of pros playing the same card game as they all do. They mentioned that this was the pro tour and how it was the top 8 players playing against each other. When the card tournament picked up again, they both were watching the stream and playing against each other at the same time.
Whenever the round ended, the pro tour games ended as well and Pie, Judge, and a couple of his friends walked outside and now they are in a circle discussing something. They are probably talking about the pro tour and what cards have increased in price and what dropped.

I left before the tournament was finished, but it was clear that Pie was certain to win since he was undefeated.
