Disgruntled Customers

So this week at my work place we had a couple of bad situations with our customers. It seems that they do not appreciate when we do not give them good service.

To begin with the lady that is now known as the “Nugget Lady.” The story begins with a woman who decided to make her order through the drive through. Apparently the Nugget Lady was in quite a hurry and that is why she decided to not get off and order. She ordered many nuggets early in the morning so we did not have enough nuggets for her. We then told her that it would be about a four minute wait for the nuggets to cook. I then noticed that she did not look very happy because she had to wait but after making faces at us she decided that she was going to wait. After being told to park we then got many customers come and order so we began to focus on the other orders while we waited for the nuggets to cook. After taking out orders in the front with much speed we then began to tell each other that we were doing a great job because our customers were delighted with the fact that their food was coming out so fast. So after another ten minutes of standing around because nobody seemed to want to order any more a lady walks into the store and of course we greet her and she does not look very happy. She then asks to speak with a manager or whoever is in charge. The Nugget Lady then says that she would like to have her money back because she had been in the parking lot for about twenty minutes. The manager then realized that she was the Nugget Lady and began to apologize, and make a story saying that are friars where not working and that the nuggets had just came out. The Nugget Lady did not seem to buy her story and then stated that she did not care and she still wanted her money returned. After taking her money the Nugget Lady walked out saying some very mean things about my overweight boss. The other guest who were placing their orders looked her and one of the ladies told her something but I could not here what she said. The lady then went talked to my manager and stated that some people just did not have manners. The sad part was that it was our fault that the lady was so mad but of course we did not tell our customers.
