Church and Chilis

It it nice and sunny outside and there's even a little breeze. No noise can be heard coming from anywhere in the dorm; after all, it is 10:00 a.m. Sunday, September 28. A well-dressed young man, Mr. Churchbound, wearing a blue and black button up shirt and black slacks exits his dorm room and makes his way to the back exit towards the parking lot behind the dorm. Around the same time, Ms. Proper, wearing a dark blue blouse and black slacks, exits her dorm room and heads in the same direction Churchbound is heading. Multiple sounds of an exit door opening and closing can be heard coming from the other patios in the dormitory. It is 10:24 a.m.
At around 12:50 two young men, Mr. Red (wearing a red T-shirt and jeans) and Mr. Black (wearing a black muscle shirt and baggy denim pants) come out from a dorm room and go outside to the patio. It appears they are waiting for somebody. About 5-7 mins pass by when an loudly abrupt rap song blares from Mr. Blacks pants. He takes out a smart phone (from which the sound was coming from) and answers it. He mumbles a few inaudible words and hangs up. He then tells Mr. Red something and they both head out the exit towards the parking lot. Outside, a car is waiting for them with a young lady driving--Ms. Chauffeur-- and another young lady--Ms. Readytogo-- in the passenger seat. There is also another young man already in the car, Mr. Blue ( the only thing visible is a blue t-shirt). Blue and Readytogo wave at Black and Red as they approach the car. Black and Red talk and laugh as they take the back seat with Mr. Blue.
At around 7:26 p.m. Many students are bustling around the patio and on the sidewalks on the three floors, laughing and talking. Most of their conversations seem to include the phrase "the festival" or "enchilada". Many have vague or dark red stains on their pants and a grey, green, red or white t-shirt that says: I Survived the Whole Enchilada.
