Talkative Trees

It is a very lively scene. Numerous students come and go, walking across the plaza or disappearing into the buildings. The plaza has never looked so alive with so many people present. The weather is sunny with a couple of small clouds in the sky. It is a relatively warm day considering yesterday it was raining. No signs of rain are present today.

                Several groups are having lunch. The Medical Group, a group of seven girls, are eating lunch under the shade provided by the trees. The Blue Group, a group of two girls, eat their lunch from across the plaza. The Lone Group, a group of two girls, sit at a table outside the restaurant with no shade provided. The Medical Group talk of taking pictures and where the best place to take a picture on campus is. The Medical Group is the only group talking. The Lone Group are not talking, more focused on eating. The Lone Group do not look like they know each other due to the fact that they do not talk or sit as far away as possible. The Blue Group is too far away to hear their conversation but it does appear they are talking due to their lip movement.

                A Skater Trio, a trio of skater guys, come through quite loudly. None of the other groups take notice of their presence. Grey T-shirt Guy leaves the building on the right, stands under the tree and smokes. After a few minutes, Grey T-shirt leaves. The plaza does see a few smokers coming here to smoke. The air smells like smoke. The smell disappears after five minutes.

                White Graphic Dude, a guy wearing a white graphic t-shirt, sits across on a bench in the shade. That spot has been popular among lonely people as a place to hang out. (Note: Green Cap from Field Note #2 & Bun Lady from Field Note #3) White Graphic is occupied with his phone or he could possibly be sleeping due to his lack of movement.

            Plaid Guy, a guy wearing a plaid shirt, sits at a table outside the restaurant and stares off into the distance while eating. He blocks everybody out with his headphones. Plaid guys sits in front of the Lone Group. A few minutes later one of the girls from the Lone group leaves.

   Pink Polo Guy, a guy wearing a pink polo shirt, talks on his phone under a tree. Pink Polo Guy seems disinterested in the conversation as he examines the tree in front of him while on the phone. Aztec guy sits on a bench and listens to music with earphones. Aztec guy is occupied with his phone. Pink Polo Guy walks off to another tree for then returns to his first tree. The last girl from the Lone Group leaves. 

                Pant girl, a girl in pants, walks while talking on her phone. The plaza is also an ideal place to talk on the phone. Everyone is absorbed in their own worlds or is either talking on the phone also. Although it will be pretty evident if you talk loud because there will be an echo.
