Hangouts and Hangovers

There is broken glass littered everywhere around the outside of the dormitory. The labels on the remaining intact pieces showing that it was once full of alcohol or beer. It is dark outside, but the stars are barely visible. The atmosphere is very lively, and many young men and women engage in playful/ flirty conversations all around the dorm on all three floors. It is 7:56 p.m. Ms. Silent, a young lady wearing a black tank top and ripped jeans, walks out the back exit towards the parking lot. Two young men, Mr. Skater, wearing a white and grey muscle shirt with a black skateboard in his hand, and Mr. Pimp, wearing a black bro tank, walk outside a couple minutes after Ms. Silent.
In the parking lot, Ms. Silent and Mr. Pimp sit on a cement bench, light a cigarette and start talking about their day. Mr. Skater practices some tricks on his skateboard. Silent and Pimp are joined by Mr. Calm and Mr. Chill after a few more minutes of smoking. They too light a cigarette and strike up a conversation with Silent and Pimp. Mr. Skater, after a few more failed and successful tricks, picks up his skateboard and joins the group at the cement bench.
There is different music playing inside a couple rooms, the loudest being a rap song with blaring bass. It's sound resonating across the dorm patio. Mr. Social and his buddy, Mr. Catcall are walking from door to door talking to other people who have their doors open on the third floor. They seem to mainly talk to young ladies. It is 9:16 p.m. and two young men Mr. Chase and Mr. Dash are running on the walkway on the third floor, apparently playing tag. Mr. Chase laughs as he runs after Mr. Dash, who shouts something behind his back at Mr. Chase as he runs away. Their footsteps pound the floor below them; the sound making a loud "BOOM BOOM BOOM" for the residents who live on the second floor. Loud whooping can be heard from somewhere outside the dorm and there is shouting and laughter echoing within. Some male speaking loudly to his friend/partner in a drunken stupor walks past the outside of the back exit. This atmosphere doesn't change even at 10:46 p.m., making it very difficult for the residents who like to sleep early.
