Pre Game

Its game day Baby! As we all sit in there locker room we are getting prepared for a rivalry game against the Lobos. Players are wearing their white game pants with there crimson pistol pete jerseys.  The logos on the pants and the jersey are pistol pete signs and adidas logo.

Coach is very excited about this game today. We all have on white risk tape. The risk tape is to support your risk so you won't sprain it or hurt it. We also have taped are ankles white so we won't sprain them neither.  The music is playing loud like a movie theater and players are walking around getting ready for the game. To my left there is number 23 sophomore corner who looks ready and focused to go try to put on a show for the fans.  Number 23 has dreadlocks and has not played in many games but he wants to play in this one like no other before.

Coaches walk in to start stretching players legs so they won't pull no muscle. Players legs seem to be very tight when its being stretch so coach tells players to use a form roller. Its  a gray cylinder looking shape that helps relax your muscles if roll on it. Coaches talks to the payers to get the hyped up and hope that they are prepared for the game.

As I sit and wait for its my time to go out on the field for pre game warm ups I have my pistol pete gloves on, my uniform with is crimson and white, my maroon helmet with serval hit marks and my white adidas towel strap to the back of my pants I'm ready to go out and stretch and as coach calls out my group.

I walk out on to the field there are over 900 fans here before the game start for pre game warm up and more fans continue to come. The fans have red and black face paint yelling F* the lobos and some fans are yelling F* the Aggies.

Practicing pre game warm up the drills are loud you can here the contact from the top of the stadium. You here the helmet collides with another and see the white scratches of the contact from the helmet. As we finish the drills we come together and do a drill called 7 on 7. That is a defense with 7 players and a offensive with 7 players.

Stretching is over and now we head back to the locker room by running up the ramp. We made it back in the locker room. Coach tell us he know there is going to be blood sweat and tears shed tonight and all he ask for is we play are tales off tonight to rep are school and to show who owns the I10. Coach finish talking to us and 5 mins later the Aggies are getting ready to goto war with the Lobos! Players get up and lights go out and now we know the time is here. Game Time!
