GDI's, GREEKS, ATHLETES

There's 3 different types of crowds. The GDI's, The Greeks, The Athletes. Now in case you didn't know GDI's stands for (God Damn Independents). We call them 'God Damn Independents' because they're not classified under our social structure. Therefore they either choose to be independent or simply we cannot be depended on. It's typically easy to point out a GDI. I notice a clump of them walking into Taos. There is a guy with a mohawk who looks to be in his third year of college. He's sitting with another guy in a grey hoodie. They sit at the front tables on their laptops I notice that they notice me observing. I casually look away and continue on to another subject.

The athletes tend to take up the right side of Taos against the wall. They seem to fill in all of the booths available. It's typically not a mixture of people. The football players sit with the football players. I notice a couple of them sitting together in the first booth. I'm guessing that they are just getting out of practice due to the sweat stains on their back. There's a tall black guy who is high fiving the shorter black guy. They seem to be quite excited about some news that was told at the table. I notice the two of them eating a lot of food. There is 5 plates at the table, that are stacked high. I wonder if they eat so much because their hungry or need to bulk up for the game.

I spot a group of greeks that walk in. It's always easy to spot them. They walk, talk, stand the same. Also their letters all stand out amongst the basic clothing around them. There's a group of fraternity boys and a group of sorority girls. They take up a long table in the middle of Taos. I notice a blonde girl with a blue shirt on waving at a guy that walked by. He was wearing different letters than the letters of the fraternity she was sitting with. I wondered why he didn't sit with her as he sat by himself. The rest of the fraternity didn't acknowledge him and continued to talk amongst themselves. The greeks begin to laugh at a story the blonde girl is telling. Their eating situation is just like their partying situation. At a greek party, typically other fraternities aren't allowed. The frat boys tend to like the sorority girls to themselves with no competition. As this brown haired boys stands up I notice his jeans are faded. He begins to walk away and 2 other guys follow. They both are also wearing the same faded jeans that the first guy was wearing.

I notice the 3 different types of crowds scatter in and out of Taos and several minutes later the same cycle begins again.
