SpookTacular!

It's 6:52 P.M on a Friday night. It's Halloween here in good ol' college town! I see people dressed up in all sorts of costumes. Some are dressed as zombies, dark fairies, vampiers, princesses, monsters, super heros, celebrities, cute baby pumpkins, animals  and so much more!

There's a carnival going on and it is totally packed! there's various vendors all over promoting their goods and services to the public.there are food stands selling some amazing Frito pies, corn in the cup, hot dogs, burgers, pumpkin pie, ice cream, candy/ caramel apples, cake and apple cider.

I see many fun game set ups like ring toss, bobbing for apples, guessing games, relays, hop scotch, hula hoops, archery, darts, knocking the bottles down and blind fold games. There is loud music playing, sounds like a mixture of Halloween music and oldies. I see where a man and has his horse and is giving the free hay rides around the lot. There is a clown doing some pretty awesome face paintings and really neat magic tricks with balloons.  There is a station where anybody can go and carve pumpkins and enter their master piece into a contest whit a chance to win $100 cash prize.

Although there is a majority of college students present there are still tons of other people especially kids! It is so amusing to see how they get so excited by all the activities taking place. They are definitely having a blast.  People of all races and cultures are present, it is so diverse. It's a joy to be able to be out here for this short period of time yet experience so much.
