field day friday

Today I am back at my old field site, the one that had five different restaurants The Mexican food place is very popular today and the line is about 10 students long. Everyone I have seen is wearing pants today due to the cold, but they are also only wearing T-shirts. Except the girls in the room, they all wear some sort of sweater or jacket. There are about four guys in the room who are wearing hats. The patrons of the Mexican restaurant range in age and ethnicity. In price the Mexican restaurant is much cheaper than the other restaurants around it so it makes sense for them to be more popular among college students. Like my other field site the majority of people look to be about 20. Unlike my other field site this one is much busier than the other one. Not many of the patrons eat alone, most eat with at least one other person. Most of the ones that sit alone, which like I said isn’t many, are male. It is much louder in here then at my other field site. It is hard to hear what people around me are saying. An older man and woman sit near me and look to be about 50 years old. They both eat burritos from the Mexican food place. One of the workers at the burger place is wearing a shirt in support of the game tonight. The shirt is in support of the Las Cruces bulldawgs, and he does look to be about the age of someone who may have just graduated. A guy that was in line at the Mexican food place sits at the table next to mine and eats his large burrito from there. It appears to be a burrito with red chile and meat. He is wearing a red shirt with some tribal designs on the front and sweat pants. He also has a large drink with him. He is wearing large headphones and listening to music.
